  1. The animal or animals are identified
  2. All animals are trapped or captured
  3. All animals will be released (when legally possible)
  4. Exclusion work will be performed to prevent re-entry
  5. If necessary, all feces will be removed
  6. If necessary, any parasites will be exterminated
